Look at the paytable of the slot game and compare it to other slot games of the same coin size. How much does the symbol combinations payoff compared to other games? Does it pay better for these combinations or less? Is the slot game a one coin, two coin or three coin max? Some slot games have a two coin max, and others may have a three coin max but the payoffs for all winning combinations are exactly the same? So the smart slot player would do better to play on the two coin max slot game for the same prizes but for less of your money! These are tips that can make or break your slot playing fun and extent of playing time.

Tip #2 - When playing a multi payline slot game make sure you can afford the slot game first, and make sure you can afford to bet on each and every payline available. There is nothing worse than picking a slot game that has 20 paylines but you can only afford to bet on 10 of those lines, and a big payoff hits on the 10 lines you are not wagering on! Tip #3 - Betting max bet is not necessary on any slot game except for maybe the progressive slot games.
